Development Information
Beginning October 1, 2025, Connection Fees will be assessed for new development. Please refer to the Rates & Fees webpage for more information.
Additionally, a deposit of $5,000.00 or more, depending on the need for an additional deposit amount, is required prior to development plan reviews. Refer to Resolution 2025-02 Development Plan Review Deposit.
