The Immokalee Water and Sewer District (“District”) is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide proposals for an Advanced Metering Infrastructure/Smart Utility Solution - Water & Sewer that will monitor flow, pressures and water quality from the water system and allow for flow and level analysis of the wastewater system including wastewater inflow and infiltration.

All prospective respondents are prohibited from contacting any member of the District Board of Commissioners or District employees except as provided below.   All questions must be directed only to Sarah Catala via email at sarahcatala@immokaleewatersewer.com using “Question re: RFP # FY2024-01 Advanced Metering Infrastructure/Smart Utility Solution – Water & Sewer” as the subject line.  The deadline for submitting all questions has been extended to 5:00 P.M on January 29, 2024 (reference Addendum 5).  Questions received after the deadline will not be answered.  All responses to questions and addenda will be posted on the District’s website. It is the responsibility of the respondent to review the District’s website to determine if any addenda have been issued and to acknowledge such addenda in its response.

The District will select a contractor according to the process described in the RFP Package.   The deadline to submit a response is 11:00 A.M. on February 5, 2024.  Responses received after the deadline will not be accepted.  All costs and expenses related to the preparation and submission of a response are the sole responsibility of the respondent.

The District reserves the right to withdraw and cancel this solicitation at any time, without liability to any respondent or prospective respondent. The District reserves the right to retain all responses submitted and to use any ideas in a response regardless of whether that response is selected.
