Effective April 1, 2021, a Not Sufficient Funds (NSF) or “returned” check is considered non-payment for your bill; therefore, if the NSF check is not picked up and paid for by the billing due date, a late fee of $5.00 will be assessed to the customer’s account.

Additionally, NSF fees will be assessed on all returned checks, regardless of when funds are collected.
