Recommended Action - Motion to establish a Not-To-Exceed (NTE) amount of $184,200.00 and authorize the Executive Director to execute Contract for the master meter installation project contingent on review by the Immokalee Water & Sewer District (IWSD) General Counsel.

Bids were requested from contractors to provide construction services to excavate and install a master meter along 3206 Lake Trafford Road. Bids were reviewed by IWSD staff and the Engineer of Record. Staff recommends that the IWSD Board of Commissioners establish a NTE amount of $184,200.00 and authorize the Executive Director to sign a contract with DN Higgins at the IWSD Board Meeting on June 17, 2026.

Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statues, or failure to post the bond or other security requirement by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
